The hand-painted style is shown in the picture, please make sure if you like this style bef or e placing an order.The drawing style will be decided by the designer (real version and cartoon version), you can go to our store Instagram:   emmstudiohk  Reference works.

The designer will draw according to the animal photos sent by the guests (please make sure the photos are clear)

Embroidery size: about 5cm (only the head is drawn)
If additional patterns need to be re-quoted  e.g.   Add scarves, butterflies, dolls, etc.

Free embroidery five letters / other languages ( five characters)


✷Ordering Process✷
➊ After placing an order   Drawings will be made and a preview of the embroidery pattern will be received within 10 working days 。 Because the embroidery design is more complicated and the process is complicated, if the modification is too large or modify the two times, additional fees apply.

➋ After confirming the pattern, it cannot be modified, we will start the embroidery directly~ It will take about 10 working days to complete and send.
(It will take about 10-20 working days for the whole process from placing an order to sending it out)

訂購流程

① 完成付款後當月15-20號左右(10號之後收到的訂單會自動延後到下一個月)會經電郵/ Whatsapp收到繡花圖案的預覽。

因刺繡設計圖較複雜以及工序繁複，修改幅度太大或者修改第二次，需收取附加費用HKD150。

② 確認圖案後就不能修改，我們會直接開始刺繡 ，月底完成並寄出。

客製化動物訂單每月10號截單，月底統一寄出或通知自取。

10號之後的訂單會自動延後到下一個月。

圖案數量限制

動物: 最多只可以繡兩隻動物圖案

人像: 最多只可以繡四人圖案

所有產品均以順豐速運「貨到付運費」方式寄出。
